Finance, Legal & Administration

Our Finance, Legal & Administration team is responsible for structuring investment transactions, negotiating financing terms, tax planning and ensuring regulatory compliance as well as managing capital inflows and outflows of all our investments at the entity and firm level.

Investor Relations

The Investor Relations team is responsible for handling all investor enquiries as well as providing timely, full and accurate disclosure on all aspects of the firm and its investments.
