Dr. Li is the Founder and Chairman of Basel Capital. He also founded Imperial Group. Under his leadership, the group has completed real estate investment transactions in Hong Kong SAR, Mainland China, United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and many other countries. Types of real estate investment involve residential, commercial, and mixed use properties.

Dr. Li has over 20 years of investment experience in the real estate sector at individual & corporate level. Not only compasses the economic cycle of real estate industry well, Dr. Li always emphasizes the potential of added value to a particular deal, by upgrading the structure, design, facility and property management to realize the profit gain in the investment.

Dr. Li held a Senior Lecturer position at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and graduated at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
